The weather for Sunday looks good enough for me. They're saying it looks good most of the day with a chance of a thunder storm in the evening but they say that every day. We will be setting up around 1:00 and hanging out and grilling all day. We will have some dogs and burgers, if you want anything fancy bring it and you can throw it on the grill. McKinnon's Meat Market is right up the street if you need to grab something last minute.
Time flies when you're having fun. That being said It's time for another Brainfood art show. This time along with artwork we will be having an open invite car and motorcycle show. There will also be some scooters (vespas not razors) and vintage bicycles and we will be firing up the grill and cooking out some dogs. We will also be collecting donations for the Ride For Justin as our friend Jimmy Day departs for his cross country bicycle trip to help raise money for ALS research. If you haven't been to one of our art shows check out the video below of the last one.
Thanks to all of you who braved the winds and driving rain last night to join us for the art show. I should have put Nolan and Billy D's names on the flyer because the art they were performing on the wallride pretty much stole the show. There was Amazing artwork by all the artist including some 3D prints by Chris Coulon, a surprise invasion by Pete's "Flannel Army" and we even screen printed up some posters on the spot as souvenirs. Zac at Narragansett helped keep everyone hydrated and Nick from Soma in Beverly even sent us some pizzas. A huge thanks goes to all the artists involved, and to Chris, Sean and Kevin for all their help and also to Ed and Matty for bringing the ramps. Below are a few photos that Ed sent over and a quick video wrap up. I'll post any more picture as I get them and keep an eye out for future shows. If you are interested in participating in any shows in the future please contact me at brainfood@easternboarder.com THANKS!-Mark Billy Davis Pivot Fakie - Photo Ed Stapel The Ramps - Photo Ed Stapel Billy Davis Blunt Fakie - Photo Ed Stapel Captain of the Crust Crew Tom Dupere With A Backside Boneless - Photo Ed Stapel
