We weren't at the skatepark long before it started to rain. We did manage to rush through a couple of semi-dry sessions. Then the younger guys had to finish in the rain. I think everyone had fun despite the rain and a lucky few walked away with some prizes.
For the younger set it was Jamaree who took top honor with a clean front board on the rail and perfect style.
For the older guys it was Tyler who was the obvious winner after charging the gap over the bleachers and gapping the channel over the bank to lipslide on the quarter. Jon took second and "Minkus" got third.
We were hoping to get in a game of skate or best trick but the weather didn't cooperate but I'll consider the glass half full for it staying dry as long as it did. Thanks to everyone that came down!
